Faxing is such a universal business tool, that almost every office has a fax machine.  For greater efficiency, get the fax machine into your computer.  Most of the time, your just faxing documents you created on the computer anyway. If you need a hand written document faxed use a scanner.

The MTN preferred Fax Server is FACSys.  It is a fast, consistant performer. Network configuration is very flexible.  The end user interface offers stand alone and e-mail options and is extremely easy to use. 
Alternately, MultiTech’s FaxFinder is an excellent alternative it you have a T1 and only need 1 or two lines of fax capability.
A third alternative - if you are running Windows Small Business Server (SBS) - is to use the Native fax server capability built into the OS.  It’s not unbelievably flexible, but is a great way to go if you already have SBS. We recommend Brooktrout Fax Boards with SBS.
