TeleVantage Version 7 has been released. There are so many new and fantastic features. 
Some are obvious, like:
- Instant Messaging between Viewpoint TeleVantage Users
- Skills based routing for call centers
- SIP trunk and station support.
Others are less obvious but just as fantastic, like:
- Verbose cradle to grave history for every call
- user and phone templates for easy bulk changes to the system
- Call Recording Archiving and Browsing using SQL on a separate server.
This is truly an exciting release.
